My Scrapbook Goals for 2013

Last year, my goal was to get published. I am happy to say that I was published in Scrapbook News and Review. I did not count on breaking my wrist in May, so I did not submit any other work.....

My crafty goals for 2013 are:

1. Find the rest of my mojo!!! It broke with my wrist last May and I have gotten some back. I need to seek out challenges, blog hops and classes to rejuvenate!! ****I do want to add that my mojo is coming back (yay) and I have great moments of inspiration, and others where I am completely stumped!!! I get a lot of comments on this goal! Last year I posted 3-5 times a week and this year I am 1-3 times a week....getting there!!

2. Finish Tyler's High School Album before his Graduation Party!!!

3. Reinvent my scrapbook style - I am feeling a little stale!

4. Seek out DT opportunities that match my talents and goals.

5. Conquer my fear of creating videos and learn how to edit!!

Baseball Buds

Here are a couple of layouts of Tanner from last baseball season.  Our 2011 season started Saturday and I am out of practice ~ the fresh air is kicking my butt!!
The first layout (above) is pictures of Tanner and Daddy.

This layout is Tanner getting in his bat bag to get his batting gloves.
I put all of my cuts on one screen on my gypsy.  The Hanging With Daddy is the font on the Batman Cartridge.  The Bat Bag and Baseball Buds are from Cherry Limeade.

The Batter Up (from Baseball) does not have layers, so I created them myself with Hide Contour.
I cut out the image twice, once in red and once in brown.  I hid all of the inner cuts and cut it a third time in white.

I just trimmed off the field and bat on the red image.

I cut the start from George and used them to journal on.

This is a glimpse of my next few months!!  Hanging with my baseball buddies!!
